Mercat Brut Nature is, in this writer's opinion anyway, one of the very best bang for your buck sparkling wines around. The vineyards from which it's sourced count Gramona, one of the best around, as neighbors. And the wines are made in a similar style. It's fresh and dry, with flavors of ripe gala apples, pears, and mineral nuance. I would say that it's the perfect inexpensive sparkler to serve at your parties, but it's so much better than that.
