Recaredo is one of the leading producers of sparkling wine in Spain. They farm bio-dynamically and are featured in almost all of the top restaurants around the country.
The Serral del Vell is named after the vineyard the grapes come from, which is a vineyard rich in limestone. This is aged at minimum 8+ years in bottle before disgorging and is a superb bottle of bubbly.
