Lustau makes this sweeter (but not too sweet) red vermouth on a blend of dry Amontillado and sweeter PX and then macerates botanicals, spices and citrus before bottling. This is great on its own or in a cocktail with notes of cinnamon and orange, with a slight botanical note to balance the sweetness. Drink it chilled with a slice of orange.
