This is an amazing wine  with a fun story.  Our importer Robert Morrison was taking photos of his bottle of Txakoli while at a Pintxo bar in San Sebastian.  When the barman realized how much energy Robert was investing in the Txakoli he was photographing, he quickly took the bottle Robert was taking pictures of and replaced with a bottle of Katxina.  "Here, if you're going to take photos, take photos of a good one!" 

This wine is full of ripe tropical fruit on the nose.  On the palate, it starts as nice crisp apple and pear, and then rounds out into a very warm bouquet of fruit.
